Born on June 16th, same day as legendary rapper Tupac Shakur, in the
Northern part of Manhattan Island, called Washington Heights, and known to
the hood as "Home of the Haze", Thrillz seemed to have a path to follow.
This was a hustler’s environment, where drugs was supposed to be the only
escape from financial stagnation and the only way for young Thrillz to
maintain his "stay fresh" appearance. Perhaps this is the easy way out,
but Thrillz chose a different path. He knew he was built for the game and
was determined to pursue his passion and someday establish his role in Hip
Hop.

At the age of 15, Thrillz started his way onto his own path; picked up a
pen and pad and began reflecting on his hood and influential surroundings.
But writing down his lyrics was not enough; his talent and ability to
write rhymes extended furthermore into freestyling and recording. Music
became more than a hobby to him, it became his life.

In January 2006, Thrillz released his first project: "Thoughts of a Soon
to be Legend", exclusively produced and engineered by Thrillz. About 600
units were independently sold and Thrillz quickly began to catch a lot of
ears and create a buzz. After the release of his first project, Thrillz
performed in various night-club venues and universities and opened acts
for several artists QUAN. Later that year in September, Thrillz
released his second mixtape, "Back to School", in which he managed to give
the streets a different appeal with his catchy-hooks, gangster punch lines
and his lyrical versatility to rap nearly about everything, from love to
politics and life experiences. "Jam Like This", which currently has
10,000+ plays on myspace, continues to get a buzz because of its hook and
concept that has earned it radio play on 91.9fm, the "Hate Money Radio Show".

Currently working on his third project, Thrillz has already released his
smash single, "Head Banger", mastered by Tony Dawsey. With an established
fan base and an expanding one, "Head Banger’s" myspace plays reached plays
of over 10,000 in no time. It has been aired on online, international and
mainstream radio stations. This new single has pulled many strings in the
underground hip-hop world. Hot 97’s own DJ Absolut is quoted saying, "Among the new bees, Thrillz is one of the most versatile", and made "Head Banger" a powerful addition to his latest mixtape, "Together We Made History". Making history through radio stations, he was also invited to do
a cameo and soundtrack for an underground film titled, "Hype", expected to
be released in 2008.

Partnering with Dirtpranos and his manager, at the age of 20, Thrillz has
started to invest on his 2nd home: a professional studio. Here he is able
to work on his music and further perfect his craft. Most importantly, the
money generated from the studio has been donated by Thrillz to charities
and given back to his community. Grinding in a 9 to 5 law firm job, to
provide funds for his passion is not easy, but Thrillz's hustle has just
begun. He is bringing back songs with concept, with moving lyrics that refute the popular commentary that hip hop is dead and rather begin hip hop’s reevaluation: "Hip-hop needs a new flavor/resurrected from the dead [so] bow down to your new savior".
