MCCUIN is made up of a group of guys who are devoted to the cause...Entertainment that is! Go back to the summer of 2007 the vocalist Greg McCuin met a drummer named Gary Henderson on myspace. Gary's band was in search of a singer to complete their current project they had been working on. Greg went and auditioned for the band, and was taken in as the new singer. During this time, he met the bass player Posx, this was the beginning of some creative ideas between the 2 of them. After a few months, the lead guitar player felt a different direction for the band and decided to part ways with Greg, in search his own ideas for the band. This promted mutliple changes for everyone. Long story short, within a matter of weeks the MCCUIN lineup was completed. PosX called Greg a week after the split and expressed his desire to continue on with him. Then a few weeks after that Gary Henderson also felt the same desire and musical direction as they did. Henderson knew a guitar player named Pat Heaton who he had been involved with, in previous projects. Pat came on board and MCCUIN was ready to go. For the past seven months MCCUIN has spent countless hours evolving material, to get ready for 2008. After all the hard work, the guys are ready and are currently finishing the new album which will release this year 08, on Dark Pop Records, out of Nashville,TN. MCCUIN will be touring the midsouth, as well as participating in special benefit shows for numerous causes.
